The Autonomous Bougainville Government will not sanction the forced removal of the U-Vistract headquarters in Tonu South Bougainville and illusive money scam boss Noah Misingku.

Autonomous Bougainville Government President Chief Dr John Momis made this statement while responding to questions during question time at the ABG Parliamentary Sitting.
Dr Momis said the ABG will adopt an approach that though subtle will reflect the ABG’s confident stance against U-Vistracts unwarranted claims of sovereignty.

It is understood that Noah Misingku has a standing militia at his disposal thatare armed with military grade weapons while he preaches his message of economic salvation to his followers.
Dr Momis said responding with counter measures that involve tactical action will only result in unnecessary loss of lives as was a case in 2007 when a paramilitary assault was launched on Tonu that only resulted in casualties on both sides.

“We must adopt the peace by peaceful means approach that has long been the flagstaff of Bougainville since the signing of the Bougainville Peace Agreement,” Dr Momis said.
Dr Momis urged all Bougainvillean Leaders to take the lead in quelling the situation through a peaceful approach without destabilizing Bougainville’s future.

“We are on the eve of our political future and any everything we do to deal with Noah Misingku must be within the jurisdiction of the Bougainville Peace Agreement and does not endanger the lives of our fellow Bougainvilleans,” Dr Momis added.

“I urge all leaders of the ABG to start thinking honestly and critically,” Dr Momis said.
The President said the ABG must now embark on an awareness campaign as a form of peacefully flushing out the U-Vistract faction and as an indoctrinate Misingku’s avid followers.

ABG Vice President Patrick Nisira also supported the President while adding that faction’s sponsored currency is illegal just like the faction itself and again reiterated the President’s call to deal with situation with the utmost care.
ABG Finance and Planning Minister Albert Punghau in whose constituency resides the U-Vistract faction also denounced Noah Misingky saying that it’s now up to the people of Bougainville themselves to make a decision.

Politics in Papua New Guinea is a male dominated scene and you have to understand that and enhance it to gain their respect says Loujaya Kouza

Minister for Community Development Youth and Religion said this on Friday during a panel
discussion on Women’s Political Participation with Current/Former Female MPs, at the US Embassy’s two day PNG Women’s Forum at Crown Plaza in Port Moresby.

Being one of the three women currently in the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea Ms Kouza gave her strategy on how she won her Lae open seat.

“You must understand that the political arena the culture we are in as politicians is male dominant” Ms Kouza said

She said to be a winner in Papua New Guinea politics you have to be well in line with religion as well give respect to the Melanesian Male.

“First set yourself straight with God because he is the only one who can put you up or put you down, and then ask yourself how do you respect the male Melanesia? See the men in society and see how do you see yourself how do you conduct yourself?” Ms Kouza said

She added that those two things were important to win an election as a woman in Politics
“I tell you it’s not about the money or the educational qualification you have it’s about conduct and respect towards others that will win you votes” Ms Kuza added

She cautioned the women at the forum that to enter into politics you had to clear out the “skeletons in your closet” meaning that you must be cleared of everything bad hidden away or else people will be gossiping about you
“You have to give a public burial to your skeletons in the closet Melanesian style so that the men will respect you that it was your past you have changed; you cannot have skeletons in the closet where male Melanesia are concerned” Ms Kouza said

She said in a Melanesian society like PNG sisters were of more value and held at high esteem closer to their brother than the wife is.
“Your brothers respect you they will come to you for their choice of a wife, when you’re down with anything you can always go to your sister and ask for assistance if you have that kind of relationship with your brother you will know what I’m talking about” Ms Kouza said

She added that in the race to parliament your base vote was important but your relationship with other candidates was important for their base vote area.
“When you go into their area tell them it’s okay give the number one vote to him but you can give me the two or three” Ms Kouza said

“Change your outlook your ways be the sister don’t act like the wife, I mean your actions your psyche must change be the sister help them with their campaign back them up make them look good and  they will say she’s my sister give her the second or third vote” Ms Kouza said

PNG Customs and the International Office for Migration (IOM) on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to uphold and continue with information sharing.

Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners.

With 155 member states, a further 11 states holding observer status and offices in over 100 countries, IOM is dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. It does so by providing services and advice to governments and migrants.

IOM works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.

The IOM Constitution recognizes the link between migration and economic, social and cultural development, as well as to the right of freedom of movement.

IOM works in the four broad areas of migration management:
Migration and development
Facilitating migration
Regulating migration
Forced migration.

The signing of the MoU ensures IOM and the PNG Government further boosted with a well set out agreement in knowledge sharing and technical assistance on issues such as migration, human trafficking and human rights.

The signing took place at the PNG Customs head office in Port Moresby.

IOM chief of mission to Papua New Guinea George Gigauri said the MOU signing was a way forward for implementation of various issues faced by PNG Customs.

line for migration management the MoU will see the joint efforts move to a new level of implementation and technical assistance on issues such as smuggling and human trafficking”

“It is an honor to be part of history in Papua New Guinea Customs for a strong cooperation together as well with the United Nations” Gigauri said

PNG Customs commissioner Ray Paul said the signing will help PNG Customs with much needed information and assistance.

“The MOU is important to pave a better network for information”

“Every government agency comes with its mandated authority and for customs it’s to protect the boarders, assist in socio economic development and as well collect revenue, and with partners it will ensure the work is done effectively” he added

Mr Paul said IOM gave some of the best advice and their partnership will very much help improve PNG Customs

“IOM is said to give the best advice in issues such as human trafficking and will assist us both in organization capacity building within PNG Customs and issues of migration, the main challenge is to have mutual co-operation for better performance” Paul said

ANOTHER MASSACRE PHOTO IN WEST PAPUA-*Please share as widely as possible*

This is Indonesia in Papua-Committing genocide against Melanesian Papuans and throwing them into mass graves

We are very sorry to share with you the latest pictures from a truly horrific massacre of innocent West Papuans.
Indonesian police and plainclothes police can be seen taking sickening "trophy photos" of the corpses of West Papuan people they have just stripped and murdered and thrown into a drainage ditch used as a makeshift mass grave in the middle of a highlands village.
According to sources, this is in the Central Highlands of West Papua, possibly the Puncak Jaya region and was taken relatively recently.
What appears to be the National flag of West Papua, the Morning Star can be seen raised behind the horror. The raising of this flag has been made illegal by Indonesia and carries a 15 year jail sentence.
Papuans are even banned from raising their national flag, singing traditional Papuan songs or from wearing traditional dress.
As this photo has just emerged, we are currently finding out as much as possible about the details and cannot yet verify the exact date and location but what is for sure is that this photo, taken in the highlands of West Papua is 100% real and genuine, hard evidence of Indonesia's 21st century apartheid and genocide in West Papua.
