Even if there is progress there will always be setbacks if NCDC develops the Baruni Dump whats going to happen to the scavengers at the Dump they live off the filth of the dump.

JICA the Japanese Governments Aid Arm  with NCDC Port Moresby's town council will be improving the facility to world class standards but before that happens what measures have the government taken in the past to improve the standard and provide incentives for the population at the dump site.

It is a health risk as well a problem for the local member to find solutions to it hope they find something for them..
